Colwill Place is located on the
corner of Albion and Lutwyche Roads, but as can be seen on the above aerial photo, on the
original Albion Road. The building faces traffic coming from the main northern
arterial road. There is plenty of free parking. It is close to Fortitude Valley and
the City.
TENANCIES
Fastair Spares have occupied the
premises for 32 years, and have now purchased their own building in the outer
suburbs. 182-194 Albion Road was combined, but is now separated to individual
shops. If necessary some can still be combined to a larger area. Also 180-188A the
two upstairs offices were also combined, and could be let together, or separate. The
property will be available on the 1st May, 2009.
BUILDING
The building is one of the original
landmarks of Windsor. The upstairs office 188A has been renovated. Some of the
